John joined The Auto Gallery team in June 2009 as our Service and Parts Director with full fixed operations oversight of Ferrari, Maserati, Lamborghini, Porsche, and Audi. His responsibilities include: revenue generation, departmental expense control, process implementation, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and personnel management.
John brings over 29 years of automotive experience, the past 12 years at AutoNation, a Fortune 100 company and the industry's largest automotive retailer. At AutoNation, John oversaw 82 new car franchises in four western states as Regional Fixed Operations Director. Keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront, John implemented many successful concepts and initiatives: a measurable ten-step service driveway customer write-up process; Advanced Production Structure (APS) with focus on shop productivity and efficiency and a common parts and strategic labor pricing matrix. John was involved in the acquisitions of over 15 franchises including three BMW stores. John was also instrumental in the start up of two remote satellite service facilities for Land Rover Mercedes-Benz.
John earned his Associate of Arts degree from Pierce College in 1983 and continued his education towards a Bachelors of Science degree in economics at California State University Northridge. He completed ATCon's Applied Transportation Concept Program in 1998, DSI Advanced Parts Inventory Management Program in 2000, and was appointed by BMW North America as the sole After-sales Manager to assist in development of Retail 2000, a manufacturer/franchise think tank.
John feels that he has really found a second home here at The Auto Gallery and enjoys the work environment very much. He believes his Auto Gallery team is very special and offers a level of service that no other competitor can match. He would like to invite you to come in and see for yourself!

Tim became a member of The Auto Gallery team in 2002. He brought many important skills to The Auto Gallery service team. He began working for The Auto Gallery as a general service technician. Tim always went above and beyond his call of duty; this quality was quickly noticed by his Auto Gallery team and he was promoted to shop foreman. After many years with The Auto Gallery Tim has proven to be a very loyal and committed employee. He now manages our Audi Service and Parts Departments.
Tim has two daughters and one son, which he loves spending off time with. He loves being outdoors and really enjoying all the different environments that California has to offer. He enjoys Harley Davidson and basically anything dealing with cars.
Tim will make sure that your experience with The Auto Gallery Audi Service Department meets your expectations. If you ever have any questions about your Audi or anything he will be glad to help in any way that he can.

John Eshelman has had the pleasure of being with The Auto Gallery since they opened for business in 2001. He started as the Audi Service consultant and continues to enjoy the role still today. John's devotion to his work and loyalty to his company are what really makes him a great employee. His knowledge about cars and overall experience is what makes him an even better Service Consultant. John simply loves what he does and really enjoys taking a few minutes with each customer just to talk cars! John makes customer service his number one priority and truly treats each and every customer with equality.
John's spare time is filled with family. John is married happily to Susan (Rice) Eshelman. They have to beautiful pit bulls; one being their sweet girl Oracle that is 18 months and three year old Otis, who has a head the size of a melon. They have a complete and happy home. He enjoys snowboarding and golf when he has the time. On the weekends he sometimes works for Rice Construction; handy man kind of work. He loves being outdoors and staying active. Life is an everyday adventure in his eyes and he intends to enjoy every second of it.
John loves the people, taking care of our clients with good honest advice. Having them come back again because, we run a very good store and it shows. Turning clients around about the product after they've had a bad experience at another dealer and therefore marring them to this dealer. Harry and Tony have made a family here and he is very happy to be a small part of that. John has a saying, "Audi is the best, then there's the rest." He guarantees that once you have Audi Auto Gallery service you will never want to go anywhere else.

Henry knew he would be in the automotive industry at a very young age. He remembers watching his father work on old vintage vehicles and knew that's what he wanted to be when he grew up. Today, the responsibilities of an automotive service technician or mechanic are very different and have evolved from simple repairs to high-level technology-related work. Henry has seen the industry change over the years. "It's an exciting time." "I started out in the shop, here at The Auto Gallery I have been given the opportunity to move up and now hold the Audi Service Advisor position." The Auto Gallery has been a second home for Henry. He spends a lot of time working with and trying to perfect our Audi Auto Gallery service team. "We can be perfect at what we do, and if there happens to be a mistake made, we can fix it!" He has seen the company grow enormously over the last few years and is excited to see where the future takes us.
The increasing sophistication of automobiles requires workers who can use highly computerized shop equipment and work with electronic components while keeping all the traditional skills needed. Henry has more than 15 years of certified training and 6 years industry experience with Auto Nation. He joined The Auto Gallery team in 2010. Throughout his career Henry has progressed through many different positions and responsibilities. Starting his career as tire and wheel specialist he quickly moved up ranks and became a lube tech. Within short order, he became a BMW Certified technician. Never settling, Henry then focused on the next level of becoming a Service advisor and untimely service manager of Valencia Chevrolet.
Henry fills his free time with his family. "Family is very important, learning to balance work and home is a skill that takes time to acquire but once you get it down you realize just how important it is." My family is everything to me and without them I truly would not be the man I am today." He loves spending time with his wife and two daughters. Driven by his competitive nature Henry is an expert in three forms of martial arts and also enjoys "off roading".
Henry works almost every day and would love to help you get your Audi in tip-top condition. He will make sure that your experience at with Audi Auto Gallery service department will go above and beyond your expectations. "I want you to feel happy when you leave, it's just that simple."

Audi and Porsche Parts Counter Consultant
Keith joined the Auto Gallery family in February of 2009. He was working for a Cabinet Manufacturing Company but his extreme interest in cars pushed him to answer an advertisement for a parts driver position. Keith's extensive knowledge allowed him to easily move up fast. He now works as our Audi and Porsche Parts Department Counter Consultant. He is a very intricate piece of our Audi, Porsche, and Lamborghini Parts Department teams. Keith knows each vehicle The Auto Gallery services inside and out; his extensive product knowledge is very impressive. Keith can fix any car problem placed in front of him, making him an very valued team member. Keith has really found his home here with The Auto Gallery parts team and we value him and the talents he brings to our team very much.
When Keith is not hard at work, he loves to hang out with his family. His wife and daughter are very important to him and very mintue with them is precious. His daughter just recently graduated from The University of Colorado (2011) and has a very bright future ahead of her! He loves being outdoors and staying active, his favorite outdoor activity is mountain biking, which he enjoys on a regular basis.
Keith lives each day one by one and really concentrates on making each day the best that it can be. He truly enjoys the comradely that The Auto Gallery team holds. Since becoming a member of The Auto Gallery family he has built many good long-term friendships that he will truly cherish for years to come.
Keith knows how important your vehicle is in your daily life and wants you to know that he will do everything in his power to get you exactly what you want and need. He will answer any questions that you may have, and do his best to make you a happy customer.

Ray came to The Auto Gallery in June of 2002. He has worked in the automotive industry for over 10 years. He previously worked at Rusnak in West Lake and before that worked for Toyota in Thousand Oaks. Ray has certification in Audi and Porsche parts. Ray has a passion for cars and really enjoys the work. "The guys here are great; we make the best of every day. There will always be a few bumps in the road, but we really help each other out! I have made many true friends here at The Auto Gallery.
On his off time Ray enjoys riding one of his seven motorcycles. He also enjoys just hanging out with friends and family.
"The Auto Gallery gives me the opportunity to be a part of a lifestyle! I am thankful for that!" Ray works very hard for us here at The Auto Gallery; we are very grateful and lucky to have him as a member of our Auto Gallery family.

Soriel joined The Auto Gallery team in 2002 he brings 17 years of auto parts experience. Before joining this facility Soriel worked the for The Ognars for 8 years as a parts driver, slowly worked up the rank as a shipping and receiving clerk and joined the parts department as a counter consultant. Soriel has been fortunate enough to see and contribute to the improvements of the establishment.
During his time off, Soriel enjoys going camping, fishing, and spending time with family.

Gary starting working with The Auto Gallery in 2006, bring many years of experience with him. He is Audi and Porsche certified and has about many years of industry experience. Gary is an expert in his field and really plays a huge role in the daily workings of our Audi parts department. He enjoys the work and enjoys the atmosphere. "I have made many long-term friends here at The Auto Gallery; working with great guys gets me here every day! The people you share your day with sometimes mean more than the actual work you do; great people can fix any situation! The Auto Gallery really creates an environment where we all are respected for the work that we do."
When Gary is not working he is spending time with family and friends.

Patrick Bui became a member of The Auto Gallery team in 2008, he brought four years of automotive experience to our Auto Gallery team. Patrick graduate from UTI and has numerous Audi Credentials. Patrick knew at a younger age that he would have a career in the car industry. He recalls a moment in high school when he was truly inspired to work on cars. He very much enjoys the process of solving vehicle problems and the feeling of acomplishment that comes when a job has been completed.
In his free time Patrick loves outdoor sports. He is a member of the NRA and enjoys recreational shooting and fishing. Before he moved to the Los Angeles area Patrick was a resident of San Diego. There he worked at the San Diego Zoo as a VAO Officer for one year, he really enjoyed to interaction with customers and well as animals that came with the position.
Patrick loves working on cars, and he loves finding the problem and fixing it. He works hard on every car making sure that it is returned to the customer in tip-top condition. His dedication really shines through is work.

Mauricio is one of The Auto Gallery most skilled Audi Service Technicians. When he became a member of The Auto Gallery family just a little over two years ago he brought with him extensive knowledge. He has an impressive understanding of the high technology tools that are needed to fix the computer equipment that operates everything from the engine to the radio in almost any car. Today, most automotive system including braking, transmission and steering are controlled by very complex computer systems and electronic components. "I learn something new every day!" "Technology is changing every second! I can't wait for the environmentally friendly movement to really pick up, now that's going to be a whole new ball-game!"
Mauricio is a quick learner and believes most of his skills were attained by simply working. "Trial and error is the best learning tool." I learn by getting my hands dirty." Mauricio is a certified automotive technician with numerous Audi credentials.
Mauricio loves his Auto Gallery family and has made many long-term friendships here. "The people I work with are great! These guys really make everyday fun; each day I walk in wondering what the day will bring. Mauricio has many hobbies and loves just hanging out. "I love making plans and being active, I'm not a sleep all day kind of guy!" "I will try anything once and really just try to enjoy life."

Essex came to The Auto Gallery in 2010 bringing three years of Audi experience to our Audi Tech Team. He really enjoys Audi as a brand. "Audi's are just really cool to me!" Over the last three years the Audi brand has seen many changes and many exciting upgrades. Essex has been able to grow and learn along the way. "I have really enjoyed the ride! I have learned so much at Audi Auto Gallery over the last few years; it's very exciting for me! The friendly atmosphere here at The Auto Gallery is what really keeps me here. We are all friends; we all care about each other! Work life and home life; we want each other to be happy!" Essex lightens to day for everyone with his carefree personality and great attitude.
Essex spends his time away from work racing cars and working out. "I race cars at Willow Springs!" He also tries to live a healthy life style and workout on a daily basis. "Working out is my stress reliever. Its helps me clear my mind and focus, I really enjoy my workout time!"

Oscar Ortiz joined The Auto Gallery team in 2007. He earned his Technician Certificate in three years at VW. Working on and fixing cars has always been a personal hobby of Oscar's. Here at The Auto Gallery he is able to do work that he truly enjoys doing. Oscar will be the first to tell you that when you get to make a living doing something that you truly enjoy life becomes simple again. Oscar really enjoys the comradely among his teammates and co-workers. He considers many of his co-workers true friends.
Oscar really loves working out and tries to live a healthy lifestyle. Family and friends are a very important part of his life. "Hanging out with great people who care about you is really what I call a great weekend."
Oscar spends quality time on each vehicle making sure that the reason why it came to the shop gets fix. He wants you to feel safe in the car you are driving everyday.

Rafael came to The Auto Gallery in late 2007; he brought a life-time of experience with him. Rafael is now a member of our Audi Technician Team. He has been working on cars with his brother since he was a kid. Rafael has a three year certification form VW and has numerous Audi credentials. He has worked all many different kinds of vehicles and has found Audi's to be his favorite. "I am good at what I do because I like doing it. Things are so hard when you have to, and so easy when you want to. Making these simple makes life a lot more fun!" The Auto Gallery enjoys having Rafael on our team. He is always smiling and ready to help. He is a team-player who makes sure everyone is taken care of. He finds work at The Auto Gallery refreshing, "The guys are great; I have made a lot of friends."
Rafael's days off are filled with family and relaxation. "I try to spend my days off relaxing; rest is my very good friend." He enjoys a nice game of pick-up soccer every now and then. Family is also a very huge part of his life and he does make time to just be with them.

Mike Miglionico Audi service genius! Mike is so talented at what he does, The Auto Gallery is so proud to have him as a member of our team. Mike has over 10 years of industry experience. He has worked on all types of cars his entire life but Audi's are his favorite! The last few years Audi has seen numerous technological advances that Mike just really fell in love with. "Audi's are impressive cars; I have worked on many brands, but Audi's, what a well design machine." The amount I learn daily makes the job so exciting; the machines and equipment that are being designed and built today are just amazing. These automobiles are truly breathtakingly impressive. Mike love to play basketball, baseball, and soccer on his days off. He also enjoys barbeques and family gatherings. "Hanging out this family and friends with good food involved, now that is a good time!"

Josh started work at The Auto Gallery in late 2009, as an Audi Service Technician. He brought with him over five years of industry experience and a three year certification credential. He says, "That finding work with the Auto Gallery during tough economic times has really been a blessing. The guys are great and the work is very fulfilling." Josh works on numerous Audi's a day and finds each car special in its own little way. "Each car has a different story; tiny details explain a lot. It's very interesting work indeed!"
On Josh's time off he loves to spend time with his family. Go on hikes and have picnics in the woods or go to the beach for the day. He enjoys the simple things in life and really tries to keep it that way. "Wrapping yourself up in this fast paced world will drive you crazy sooner or later, keep it simple."

Peter came to The Auto Gallery in early 2011, bringing with him 13 years of industry experience from Rusnak. Peter is one of our certified master technicians and has numerous credentials and certifications. "I have been in the business along time; The Auto Gallery really is a home away from home. The people here are great and we all create a fantastic work environment!" We here at The Auto Gallery are so pleased to have such an experienced member on our team, experience is really key." Peter's favorite car to work on at the moment is the Audi A8. "The A8 is just so great; an amazing vehicle."
Peter has many hobbies that keep him busy on his time away from The Auto Gallery. He has been a sport fisherman for over 20 years and enjoys it more than anything! He also spends time restoring cars. "What can I say, I am a car guy!"
Peter enjoys working at The Auto Gallery and really hopes that you will come in and say hi sometime. "I love teaching customers about their car! I love when people say, "Wow, I did not know it did that!" Watching people drive away happy and confident about my work, is a very happy moment for me indeed." Henry recently joined The Auto Gallery Audi Tech team in early 2011. He is one of our brightest new Audi service technicians. He is a certified Audi Technicians with numerous credentials and over six years of industry experience. Working on Audi's is Henry's specialty; if it is an Audi he can find the problem and fix it. "The Auto Gallery is a breath of fresh air. This dealership is not like any other car dealership, everyone from the Owners to the janitors get treated with the respect that we all deserve. It has been a great year for me here at The Auto Gallery."
Henry has many activities that keep him busy on his days off. He loves to draw and listen to music, he also enjoying playing video games. "I love my video games! I do love being outside though, nature is quite amazing. My family and friends above all are really the most important things in my life and I always make time for them."

Rodney Chapman joined The Auto Gallery on Jan 2011 as a customer concierge. Rodney brings with him 15 years of customer service experience from manufacture companies such as Prudential Ins, R&R Donnelly and Sons and Live care Ins.
Rodney's hard working drive is what led him to join the auto industry which will open many doors of opportunity in the future. Rodney's huge commitment to The Auto Gallery inspires people around him to be as hard working as he is.
Family is a big part in Rodney's life; therefore he takes advantage of every minute spent with his wife and daughter. Rodney enjoys planning trips, playing basketball, and fishing during his time off.

Alex is a recent addition to The Auto Gallery team since Jan 2011; he brings a positive contribution to the Audi Service Department as a valet customer assistant. Alex currently attends Wyotech Institute Program in hopes to receive The Automotive Technology degree and preceded his goal of becoming an Audi Tech.
Alex's life consists of work, school, and spending time with his family. As an outdoors person he enjoys dirt bike riding, off-roading, playing paintball and hiking. Alex takes his job serious and takes it upon himself to make sure every customer leaves The Auto Gallery with a positive experience.

Lauren joined The Auto Gallery team this Spring 2011. Lauren has recently finished her internship at Hot Rod Company as a customize specialist assistant after successfully completing her Associates Degree from Wyotech, and specializing in Automotive Technology. Lauren has commuted from San Francisco with the ambition to develop her career in the automotive field.
During her time off she enjoys spending time with her family in San Francisco, snow-boarding and hiking. Inspired by the friendly environment from the team, Lauren is encouraged to move up the rank and begin her career in the industry.
