I worked with Adam Drexler to purchase a certified preowned Audi A4 Convertible. He was extremely professional, energetic, and upbeat. Friendly, attentive, and were happy to help us. Jon followed up our requirements and ensured the car was right for us. Great attention to our concerns. Car was in great condition. Financing at the dealership beat a deal we had already approved from our own finance company. Worked diligently to get the car ready as we were in a hurry. Met other management as we were purchasing, and everyone seemed genuine (or they are so polished in their act they deserve respect for their acting chops!).
It was an easy decision to buy the right certified car from this team, we felt confident in their company and their attention to our needs.

I had the best experience at The Audi Auto Gallery. It was actually fun and stress-free buying my new Audi A6 (unlike past experiences elsewhere)! Michael Tesh and his exceptional assistant Kristin were amazing. They were SO nice and accommodating. I highly recommend this dealership.

I dealt with Adam Drexler and he was above and beyond helpful, professional, knowledgeable and funny.
He helped me with choosing the car, finding the best deal for my budget, insurance that i wanted, taught me how to
use the car since every new car is like sitting in a cockpit in the middle of your nightmare and have no idea how to land.
Later i had emailed him to ask about some stuff that i forgot about and he even replied back right away that night.
That is not just costumer service, that is how you treat a family member.
The sale is done and his help has not stopped.
I recommend Adam to ANYONE who wants to make sure they get the help and support during and after choosing a new car.

Adam was enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. The true test of his commitment was how he treated me AFTER the sale. He didn't lose interest and went out of his way to come to my house one evening to pick up some paperwork, etc.
I would recommend Adam and this dealership. This is thew third car I have purchased from Auto Gallery - 2 Audi's and a Porsche and will continue to return.

Found this auto dealer online and was very pleased with their level of service. My sales agent (Mia) made this transaction as smooth as possible. Very pleased with overall experience and speed of service. To date, this was the most efficient vehicle purchase that I've made. I would definitely refer others to this dealer.

Hubert and Mia were great to work with. Both of them acted as a team. Hubert was out to Audi trainings but Mia took care of my test drives. Both were great at having everything ready in a timely manner. After buying my new A7 I noticed a slight dent in the center console. Hubert contacted the service manager and had the part ordered for a replacement.

It was a pleasure buying from Internet Sales Manager Nick Naish. He was top notch in helping me with my purchase of a new 2012 A6. It was my first time buying an Audi and I had my reservation about the dealer possibly being snobbish especially given their location (close to affluent neighborhoods including Malibu) and the fact they also sell other high end brands like Porsche and Ferrari but I received nothing but professional and personable service.
Nick provided accurate information in a timely fashion. There wasn't a moment throughout my purchasing experience when I felt he or anyone else at The Auto Gallery was being deceitful or less than honest. Finalizing of the agreed price took all of 5 minutes. I'm happy with the negotiated price, which is actually lower than the lowest quoted price I got from any other Southern California Audi dealer.
As a matter of fact, there's another Audi dealer closer to me so I wasn't even considering buying from The Auto Gallery in the beginning. However, the contact person at that other dealer was just plain rude and made me feel like I wasn't worthy of getting his respect. In my opinion you must treat a customer with genuine respect whether he is looking at a $18,000 Civic or a $60,000 A6. In the end it was a no-brainer. I'd rather drive 40 miles+ out of my way and give my business to Nick and I'm glad I did.

I purchased the Audi A5 from Auto Gallery. Dan Myers, the sales rep, provided a great sales experience and made me feel very welcome at his dealership. He handled everything well and was very efficient and professional and made me feel like family. I have purchased many cars for myself and my business over the years and it was the most comfortable experience I have ever had. Michael Tesh was very helpful in the purchase of my new 2012 Audi A5 (custom order form Germany). The mark-up from Invoice was fair and fairly easy to negotiate, and he was patient and not at all pushy. The sales cycle was easy and and generally a good experience; not stressful at all.

I just bought a new Audi from Michael Tesh and his assistant Kristen at the Auto Gallery. They were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Best part of the process was the Michael did not try and do some high pressure sales tactic that other dealerships do..(Santa Monica Audi, caugh caugh).... All in all the process was a good one and I know they had my best interest at heart. The only reason it was not 5's across the board was that it took a while to get everything wrapped up after we agreed on the deal. Call the Auto Gallery and ask for Michael you won't be disappointed.

I would like to take a few minutes, just to write some feedback for Miachael Tesh and the Auto Gallery. I'm not the guy that takes reviews lightly, and jumps online to write them for everything, but I thought this one was worth the effort. I just bought a car from the Auto Gallery/Michael Tesh, and the experience which i had was excellent - very professional and friendly. As I have bought and sold quite a few cars from different dealerships, I think that working with Michael Tesh was refreshing. He was very respectful of me, as a customer, he listened carefully to my needs and he responded excellently.
Bottom line, I think it is rare these days to find a salesperson that creates an added value to the brand he is selling, as well as experience during sales process. If you are looking to buy an Audi, call Michael at the Auto Gallery.

Mia is very friendly and not at all pushy. She took an entire day to drive all the way down to Irvine to delivery my new car to me. She stayed and explained everything in the car to me and was in no hurry to get back even though she had a 3 hour drive ahead of her. She is extremely knowledgeable about the car and even how it is built. I enjoyed working with her.

Michael was very fair. I went to a few other dealerships and none of them were as up front and easy to deal with as he was. I would return to him and feel comfortable referring him to a friend. His assistant Kristen was also very sweet and helpful.

Adam Drexler was great to work with. I wasn't sure what specific car or options I was interested in when I walked into the dealership, but Adam very patiently showed me around the different cars and explained all the options. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and was able to listen and understand my needs and match me to the right car.
The dealership did a great job working with me on a lease arrangement that fit my budget and seemed like a fair price. And the whole process to do all the paperwork and drive out with the car was very smooth and relatively quick. The dealership was very earnest in making sure I understood and had all my questions answered on the details of the purchase and leasing arrangements.
I rated the customer service a 4 rather than a 5 only because when I first walked into the dealership no sales person came up to me while I spent several minutes walking around and looking at the cars. Finally, I had to approach a sales person myself and ask for help. My expectation is that when I walk into a dealer and start looking around, someone will come up to me to see if I need assistance. But once I connected with Adam Drexler, the service was great.

Mia is FANTASTIC...I got a great deal on the exact car I wanted (which they actually had in stock in their massive inventory!) No pressure, no upsell...hard to imagine but she actually made it an enjoyable experience. I wasn't able to arrive at the dealer until very late so the paperwork and processing wasn't done until about midnight. Mia sat in the car with me for about an hour afterwards showing me every bell and whistle it had to offer...Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience - I won't list what I paid for my gorgeous new A5 quattro cab because I don't want to get anyone in trouble but the auto gallery will HOOK YOU UP!!

Every 3 years we change out our cars and its always a moment we dread!
We were looking for a new A3 TDI and popped into Auto Gallery to see if they could help. They were brilliant and Jon Schwartz was a living marvel at making sure that he found exactly what we were looking for, at the right price and got us in our new vehicle at the perfect time, with absolutely no fuss! It was a great experience as far as car buying goes! He was well supported by his manager and other members of staff at the dealership and each visit was handled professionally and courteously. We feel that we have been welcomed into the Auto Gallery family with open arms - and plan on hanging around!

Michael and Kristen were great to work with. So friendly and ready to do anything needed to get the deal together and have my car ready when I wanted it. Pricing was very reasonable and Michael got me a great price for my trade in. Kristen patiently taught me about every aspect of the car, right down to the Nav system. I love my car and loved working with them. They followed up a couple of days after the purchase to make sure everything was okay with the car and reassured me that I should call them if I need anything, including further help with the Nav system.

Dan in the MAN!!! He was so awesome and made my car buying experience one to remember. It was effortless and he hustled to find me just the right car at just the right price. I really appreciate the work he put in without being what everyone thinks of as the "typical" car salesman. It was like buying a car from a great friend... he was truly fabulous and I am so, so, so happy with my purchase and that I stayed with Audi.

I can't say enough good things about Mia Tabares. She bent over backwards to secure a car for me while I was deployed overseas. Unfortunately, the shortage of Q5 vehicles prevented us from closing the deal, but she did more for me in two weeks than some dealerships or salespeople come close to doing in three to four months. I found a car with the exact configuration in Northern California that was on the ground (vs. at the port or on the boat) and had to go down that route, but I know if I ever need another car or know of someone that does need a new car, I will send them to Mia without hesitation. I really wish I could have closed with Mia, but you can't go wrong with Woodland Hills Audi and Mia Tabares. You won't regret it...nothing but wonderful things to say about my bar buying experience. Better than Circle Audi, better than Santa Monica Audi, and better than Pasadena Audi (I talked to all of them). Get your car from the best Audi Internet Sales Manager in the business!

This was a near perfect car leasing experience. Perfection would be not having to go to the dealership to sign the paperwork and having the car appear in our garage!
I only negotiate car deals through e-mail. I won't visit, I won't call, I will only negotiate a price for the vehicle via e-mail. Once the price and the deal are set, I make an appointment, go see the actual car I'll be getting, sign the paperwork, and take off. I started this deal, much as I had every other...I sent e-mails to various dealers and see who responded and how. Michael responded, and was clearly serious about making a deal. He answered every question plainly, he pushed the deal along, kept in touch, found the car I wanted at another dealership, and sent someone to pick it up, and made every aspect of the experience pleasant. I knew I was dealing with someone who has made car sales his profession, which makes a huge difference.
This was my second experience with The Auto Gallery, and both have been fantastic. Michael Tesh is a wonderful car professional, who knows his stuff, and this dealership is a quality organization that treats people well. If I get a 3rd Audi, I'll go back without hesitation.

Once the price and the deal are set, I make an appointment, go see the actual car I'll be getting, sign the paperwork, and take off. I started this deal, much as I had every other...I sent e-mails to various dealers and see who responded and how. Michael responded, and was clearly serious about making a deal. He answered every question plainly, he pushed the deal along, kept in touch, found the car I wanted at another dealership, and sent someone to pick it up, and made every aspect of the experience pleasant. I knew I was dealing with someone who has made car sales his profession, which makes a huge difference.
This was my second experience with The Auto Gallery, and both have been fantastic. Michael Tesh is a wonderful car professional, who knows his stuff, and this dealership is a quality organization that treats people well. If I get a 3rd Audi, I'll go back without hesitation.

Dan and the dealership went WAY over and above. Stopped in for a brief Sunday morning visit on my way out of town. Only had a few minutes. They made the most of it, moving many cars so I could get the one that interested me out for a test drive. And what a test drive. Dan encouraged me to spend my few minutes running Topanga Canyon. That MADE the sale.
They let me finish all the arrangements by phone from the road. Then Dan and a porter stayed LONG after closing so that when I returned to town that evening, Dan could deliver the car to my driveway, complete the paperwork with me and introduce me to the car thoroughly. Courtney, in finance had already walked me through the business side of the deal and prepared all documents.
Everything was easy and "their pleasure.". What a low-stress, high-helpfulness alternative to the usual car-buying torture which I had been suffering elsewhere!
I'd definitely recommend Dan and Courtney!
As an aside, both the Audi and dealer's website made it VERY easy to find the car of my dreams. Night and day difference from BMW's, which does not allow region-wide searches.

After Calling my friend Stephen Schoenberger at Porsche, I told him I was looking for a car I felt I would feel safe in, enjoy driving and could pull a horse trailer. He referred me to your dealership and we went to see the 2008 Audi 2008. It was the first car I drove and I bought it that day. Kevin Spear was the go to guy and he was very thorough and helpful and I felt the entire team at Audi Auto Gallery was helpful and gave me the best price for my Land Rover for a trade in and a great price for my new car. I was looking for a specific car to test drive and didn't know where to find it. but luckily I found it at this location. Before I got there, I called ahead to see if they had the car i wanted to test drive. and by the time i got there they had it ready and warmed up for me. The sales people were extremely helpful in answering any questions we had about the car and about pricing options. Everybody was helpful and friendly as can be with everything. I brought my car in for recommended service. I was met by a friendly service person. He told me about the process and about how long they would need it for service. Henry was courteous and professional. He offered me a beverage while I waited for the shuttle vehicle to take me to my destination.
They called me at the agreed upon time and stated that service for my vehicle was complete.
I called for a shuttle pickup. Upon arrival, I was told of all the repairs and/or work that was done, the price and was asked if I was satisfied. I stated that I was pleased.

After having interest after seeing a car advertised online that was located at the Woodland Hills Auto Gallery, I called the dealership and spoke with Adam Drexler who was immediately very helpful and was able to answer all of my questions. Adam then followed up by calling and updating me with information on the car, and was very flexible and available to set up an appointment to see the car. Upon arriving at the dealership Adam was very knowledgeable on the cars of interest and was able to help us make the right decision. He helped us come to a price that was reasonable for our budget. The dealership itself was very nice and professionally. Adam was very friendly and encouraging and made my experience of buying a car a very positive one.

Michael Tesh...my internet salesperson/manager...is terrific. I felt like someone was working for me, instead of against me. Totally refreshing.
The rest of staff was wonderful as well...his assistant Kristin and the GM and Finance Manager.
I've lease a dozen cars over the past 12 years...this was by far the most pleasant experience!

I'm usually a hard sell on a car. Normally takes me months to make up my mind and try to get the best deal. In this case it was so easy that it took me only about 3 weeks to make the purchase of a new S5. I worked with Michael Tesh who was so low key/pressure that it was a pleasure. I got a good price on the car and Michael was very informative. His assistant Kristin Huey was great. She explained the features on the car extremely well considering I'm kind of a "techno-dork". Leo the finance guy was also easy to work with. Overall a great team, low pressure and informative. I can heartily recommend the auto gallery and Michael, Kristin and Leo. Go there if you're looking for an Audi or a Porsche

I visited Keys Audi in Sherman Oaks the day before and my experience there was horrible. I highly recommend this dealership and my sales person, Jon Schwartz to anyone. He is very knowledgeable, not pushy, and an easy to deal with. Does it get any better than Mia and the Audi gallery? No it does not. I live in the Northern California Bay Area and traveled all the way to this particiular dealership because no local dealership (or any other dealer I had talked to for that matter) even comes close to providing the level of customer service and hassel free car buying experience. I'm an auto enthusiast and its always a pleasure to see passion in a brand when visiting a dealership and thats what you get here. This visit was for getting my wife her new Q5 exactly the way she wanted and not only did they do that but my best friend who made the roadtrip with me (also an Audi owner) couldn't believe what a breathe of fresh air this place was. I highly recommend a visit to see for yourself but can assure you that my friends and I will be making our future purchases from Mia in the future. Audi should be very proud of the level of service they provide and should use them as an example for their other dealerships to follow.

This visit was for getting my wife her new Q5 exactly the way she wanted and not only did they do that but my best friend who made the roadtrip with me (also an Audi owner) couldn't believe what a breathe of fresh air this place was. I purchased an Audi vehicle this past memorial day weekend. I was not planning on purchasing a car so soon however, Mia at Audi Auto Gallery made the sales process so very smooth that I could not resist. Mia was very patient and customer friendly. I traveled all the way from Pasadena to visit Audi Auto Gallery as we had made arrangements over the phone prior to. It was late and by the time we determined what car we would select, all of the employees had left. My salesperson, Mia washed and detailed my car herself!! Any normal salesperson would have asked me to come back another time when their car washers were working. No, Mia washed the car herself so that I can drive my clean car that evening. She also invited me to comeback to have the car detailed once again by the employees that normally wash the cars. Mia was an exteme delight to work with and so very customer friendly! I would tell all of my friends to go to Audi Auto Gallery despite the distance. They are very customer friendly.

Mia is a big reason I have enjoyed the purchase of my A4 SLine. She made every experience I had with Audi an enjoyable one with her upbeat attitude and thurough helpfulness. While I dealt with Mia only at the TO Audi dealer, I will be visiting AAG in the future to purchase my next Audi from her! Henry and the other members of the staff were excellent and a pleasure to work with, this includes the Valet service. I would definiatly reccomend the Auto Gallery to a friend. Typically other dealers there are hassles and even receiving a loander vehicle was a very easy experience.

Go see Michael Tesh at the Audi Auto Gallery. He maid the car buying experience a very easy stress free experience. He's knowledgable about his products. I bought an Audi A3 2011 and he gave me a great price and good financing rate. I shopped around so I knew that he was straight forward and no nonsense. His assitant Kristen Huey was also very nice.

Very nice dealership, but in this case it was the salesman that really made the difference. His name is Leo Ferreiro. I have purchased many vehicles over time, but I must say, this guy is really a pleasure to deal with. very accommodating, knowledgeable, and ultimately a nice guy. Just the type of associate you would want to work with if you needed to take the time to review all of your options, get to know the vehicle, and not feel rushed or pressured in any way. I highly recommend Leo and the Auto Gallery.

I had bought a 2010 TT from a San Diego dealership that I had been buying from since 2000. While very happy with the TT, I had been wanting to buy a TTS (just too impatient to wait at the time).
While looking online the last week or so (just window shopping really), I came across a TTS from AAG. I sent an email inquiring to the internet price, and the rest is history.
After exchanging emails and calls with Mia, I realized I needed to make the drive up to Ventura to check it out. After 3 hours in traffic on the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend I arrived and spent next several hours working through the details and trading in my 2010.
Great experience, people, and price. More people should visit the dealership to see what they are missing in a class car buying/leasing experience.

I used a discount service and found a couple of dealerships in my area to contact. I really didn't think much about the salesmanship or service I might receive as I was looking for the best deal. That's all. The sales person did a great work and satisfied me to the best as far as pricing, service and finding the car we asked for. But the finance person was an unexperience person in regard to have proper communication with customer. He needs to be trained and educated in that matter. He left the room in middled of our negotiation and did not return to the room.

The service at Auto Gallery is incredible. Wonderful people and always very helpful. I have purchased two vehicles from the Auto Gallery and will keep on purchasing from them. I could go to any other dealership near to where I live but I would rather drive 15 miles to have my vehicle serviced because of the attitude and service. I would recommend Auto Gallery for sales and service anytime.

I am so glad I went to the auto gallery. They helped me out so much and were not pushy with any work that needed to be done to my vehicle. Every type of work that was done to my car was always explained in great detail. Tim Thomas was an amazing person overall.

My brother-in-law purchased a car from Adam in November. He offered to call him to see if he had the car I wanted at the right price for me. Adam worked very hard to find a car for me (which he located at another Audi dealership) however, the other dealership decided not to trade the car to Adam. Not to be deterred, Adam had another car on the lot that ended up exceeding my expectations- the only drawback was the car did not have navigation. No problem! Adam was able to locate a place to install navigation for me and even got me a great deal on the install! Not only did I get a fantastic car and a great deal, Adam was a pleasure to work with. I've never thought buying a car was fun, but with Adam it was! He was professional, knowledgeable and made the process enjoyable. I hope this explains why I gave the rating I did: GREAT car, Amazing service, easy and fun transaction.

After my beloved 4 month old 2011 Audi Q5 was hit by an uninsured driver going 50 miles an hour (and we walked away from it!), I needed to replace it.
I found Michael Tesh via the American Express Zag car buying site (highly recommended). He responded immediately, found a solution, as there were almost no Q5s in California at the time, and we made a deal over the phone in about 2 minutes. Note that the price he offered me was far below what anyone else would consider.
He treated me respectfully, there were ZERO problems with the buying process, and the price was exactly as quoted. No games. This dealership is a class act, from sales through to finance.

You won't find a sales team at any dealership more willing to make you a deal you'll feel good about and still make the car-buying experience enjoyable - yes, enjoyable! Adam and Joe helped me through every step to buy my Q5, taking the time to ensure I understood all of the options available. When I finally settled on the exact specs I wanted, they went to work finding it - they didn't have it on their lot, but that didn't stop them from scouring the entire state of California to find it. And find it they did! The car was 100 miles away and Adam set off to pick it up himself and drive it back that day so that I could have it the next morning. Now that's dedication to the customer. I had the opportunity to work with Vartan Davtyan and he was great. He was very patient and showed me every vehicle I was interested never hesitant. I am a young guy and what I loved most is that he didn't profile me like most individuals do. If I liked a car, he looked into getting me the best possible deal. I ended up purchasing a vehicle about 5 hours later and I can say I am extremely happy. What surprised me the most is that about 8 months into my purchase Vartan called me personally asking not if I knew any more potential buyers but to see how I was doing and how I was enjoying my car. It was a very genuine call and I really appreciated that. I am looking to staying with the Audi Family and I am looking forward to working with Vartan again. Thank you.

The first time I visited the dealership was for service. John E. did an outstanding job of addressing all of my concerns. He brought forth some thoughts that were at the very back of my mind. I found him to be an outstanding professional service writer. He addresses the question in a very precise manner. He clearly identifies the topic to be discussed or addressed. He is articulate. He knows his product. He is clearly superior in his field of expertise.
The second time I visited the dealership was for service. However, I ended up buying a Certified Used Audi. The sales lady is Ms. Parisa Jahan. She is a professional Audi sales person. She dresses and carries herself like a confident professional. She listens carefully to every question. She professionally teaches a potential buyer how to drive a car you have never driven before. She does not talk down to the driver. She is courteous, articulate, happy, and very thoughtful of the potential buyer. She clearly knows her product.

I made a random call to an audi dealership to find out some information about the 2011 audi coupe. Nick Naish answered my call and was as informative as he could be without any extra sales pitches. I decided to make an appointment the next day to speak with him further and now the rest is history. His personable nature and knowledge of the vehicles turned out to be the right recipe for me, He spent about an hour talking and locating my first choice car and within moments we signed a deal. His dealership was not as close to my home, so he delivered the car in a couple days to my home and we completed the remaining paperwork. Nick also spent time making sure that I understood the maintenance and operating procedures of my new vehicle with complete patience. I was completely satisfied and impressed by him.

I have taken my 2009 TTS to the Auto Gallery since its 1st service. Oscar and Rafael Ortiz are the only technicians I have been able to trust at any dealer. They are friendly, professional and also proud of their quality work. The Ortiz brothers and Tim their manager have listened to my concerns about the car, fix them and performed a couple extra checks that are not on the maintenance schedule but that, as a client, make me feel taken care of and appreciate it. The Auto Gallery has always provided with a loaner car so I don't miss a work day and have accommodate the drop off and pick up according to my schedule. Thank you to Oscar, Rafael, Tim and The Auto Gallery for providing an exceptional job to me and my Audi.

Nick Naish was fabulous. We test drove the vehicle - no pressure from Nick at all. He drove us to a distant lot twice to look at various colors & interiors. The second trip was the one where I discovered the color I wanted. The exact car I wanted wasn't available locally. Nick found it in Arizona and had it trucked in at no cost to me. He programmed many of the functions when he delivered the car. He called later in the week to follow up how things were going. My experience with Nick and the dealership was exemplary.

Selling great cars is certainly a plus! Esie, my salesman, made me a good deal (really!), and has helped me since with other matters. The others I named I have dealt with in service and have found them to be the best. For an expensive car, service has been very reasonable, and there have been no problems. Only routine maintenance. Armen and Don, service writers, have been very accommodating. When the warranty was expiring, Don gave the car a going over (no charge) and determined nothing was amiss--and washed it too. I don't recall specifically the reason when Armen took care of the car--most likely oil change--but I do remember his diligence, and his general enthusiasm for Porsches. Don and Armen are definitely "car guys." I met Joanna at a recent promotional event, for which she was an organizer. We only chatted a bit about cars, but she reflects the same enthusiasm as Don and Armen. The event was fun, and not the first such occasion at the Auto Gallery.

The sales person Nick Naish is one of the nicest sales reps I have met. I took my car in to be serviced and he was kind enough to lead me to service and get a service manager Henry Garjalian to help me out immediately. This is one of the top notch dealers with top notch people! Will definitely go back again for my routine service and my next car purchase!!

I found the car that I wanted and was able to get it at very fair price with great financing. Joe also facilitated getting the deal done at the right monthly payment. Adam was incredible in his follow-up after the sale. I would recommend the Auto Gallery, without reservation.
